Cooperative Society Forward provides international employment opportunities through the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) in Japan. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Plastic Molding program, with training and work experience in a professional Japanese environment.

PLASTIC MOLDING (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male, 20–27 years old.
• High school graduate or higher.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in plastic molding or similar field.
• Willing to undergo a 4-month Japanese language training program (free of charge).
• Physically fit, hardworking, and willing to adapt to a new cultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain plastic molding machines according to production specifications.
• Assist in the setup, calibration, and quality control of molded products.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Complete training and development modules as part of the TITP program.

• Updated resume
• Passport (photocopy & original)
• Local civil registrar copy – form 1a or 102(photocopy & original)
• Latest PSA married certificate (if married)(photocopy & original) 6pcs. Latest 2×2 id pictures (with white background in formal attire)
• If holder of valid driver’s license (photocopy)
• Latest NBI (color light blue) (photocopy & original)
• High school diploma / college diploma (photocopy)
• Certificate of employment (COE) (photocopy & original)
• PEOS certificate and e-registration
• One (1) long expanding brown envelope
