Shawarmer Company is seeking motivated and customer-focused Team Members to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team. The successful candidates will assist in daily restaurant operations, provide excellent customer service, and support a smooth and efficient workflow.

Team Member

Qualifications:

• Experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience
• Strong teamwork, people management, and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to customers and handle inquiries politely
• Assist in food preparation, serving, and maintaining quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the restaurant
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Support supervisors and management in day-to-day tasks
• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
