Shawarmer Company is looking for a competent Shift Supervisor to manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment. The successful candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain service standards, and support the management team in achieving operational goals.

Shift Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience
• Strong leadership, people management, and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints
• Monitor food preparation, quality, and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock management
• Support team development through coaching and guidance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
