Peloton Workready Pty. Ltd is seeking skilled Pipe Welders to support fabrication and installation projects across Australia. The successful candidates will be responsible for producing high-quality welds for piping systems in industrial and construction environments, ensuring precision, safety, and weld integrity. This role is ideal for welders with expertise in multiple welding processes and experience in both carbon steel and stainless steel piping systems.

PIPE WELDER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in pipe welding.
• Proficient in welding carbon steel and stainless steel pipes.
• Skilled in welding pipes up to 1,200mm diameter.
• Capable of performing basic fabrication, fit-up, and assembly of pipe systems and pressure vessels.
• Proficient in various welding processes, including FCAW and SMAW (experience in GTAW/MIG is an advantage).
• Experience in oil & gas projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret isometric and technical drawings.
• Knowledge and use of welding tools and equipment.
• Adherence to safety protocols and compliant work practices.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality welding on piping systems and pressure vessels according to specifications.
• Prepare, fit-up, and assemble piping systems for installation.
• Inspect and ensure weld integrity and quality standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and isometrics accurately.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in safe working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies on site.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to meet project deadlines.
