Scientech Corporation is seeking motivated and technically inclined Operators to join its Engineering Department, specifically in the Mechanical & Piping Engineering Department and Electrical Control Assembly Team. The successful candidates will assist in assembling, testing, inspecting, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems while ensuring product quality, workplace safety, and adherence to company standards. This role is ideal for individuals with an engineering-related educational background and the ability to interpret mechanical drawings or electrical circuit diagrams.

Operator

Qualifications:

• Age: 20–35 years old.
• Height: 160 cm and above.
• No weight limit.
• Graduate of a Vocational Course (2 years or above).
• Preferably with an educational background in:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electronics Engineering
  • Mechatronics
  • Industrial Technology
  • Or any other engineering-related course
• Knowledgeable in reading mechanical drawings or electrical circuit diagrams.
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing and engineering environment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing production and assembly work.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime when required.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical, piping, electrical, and control system components according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and circuit schematics.
• Operate production tools, hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.
• Perform installation, wiring, fitting, and assembly of mechanical and electrical components.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet technical specifications.
• Assist in functional testing and troubleshooting of assembled equipment and control systems.
• Report production issues, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain production records, inspection reports, and assembly documentation.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations following 5S practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and production team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Perform material handling, component preparation, and other production support activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Perform other engineering and production-related duties assigned by management.
