Nurse Specialist

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
• Must be a holder of a Professional License (passed the Board/Bar/Professional License Examination).
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Strong patient assessment and clinical observation skills.
• Knowledge of safe medication administration and basic nursing procedures.
• Ability to assist doctors during medical examinations and procedures.
• Good clinical documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Able to maintain accurate, legible, complete, and timely patient records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, responsible, and patient-centered approach to nursing care.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Willing to follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and medical instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately according to physician orders and established nursing procedures.
• Assess patients’ conditions and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
• Observe patients for changes in condition and promptly report significant findings to doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist doctors and other medical staff during examinations, treatments, and clinical procedures.
• Prepare patients, equipment, and supplies required for medical procedures.
• Provide appropriate nursing care before, during, and after medical procedures.
• Monitor patients’ responses to medications, treatments, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate, complete, legible, and timely patient records and clinical documentation.
• Record patient assessments, medications administered, procedures performed, observations, and other relevant clinical information.
• Follow proper medication administration, infection prevention, patient safety, and healthcare protocols.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle medical information professionally.
• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Provide patients and their families with appropriate information and basic instructions regarding care and treatment.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
• Check and prepare nursing supplies and medical equipment needed for patient care.
• Report equipment problems, medication concerns, or other clinical issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, workplace safety procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Participate in teamwork and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals.
• Perform other nursing and clinical duties assigned by the physician or nursing supervisor.
