Nurse Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant nursing experience, with bedside experience required
• Must hold a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
• Female applicants are preferred for this role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a critical care environment
• Experience in direct patient care and staff supervision

Responsibilities:

• Provide rapid patient assessment, triage, and immediate care for life-threatening conditions
• Administer medications, assist with medical procedures, and perform wound care
• Stabilize critical patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Document patient information accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Provide emotional support to patients and families in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Supervise nursing staff, focusing on professional development, mentorship, and operational efficiency
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and quality care guidelines
