Linc Facility Services is seeking a highly skilled HV Electrical STO (High Voltage Electrical Senior Technical Officer) to join its facilities maintenance team at Hamad International Airport in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-voltage electrical systems to ensure the safe and reliable operation of critical airport infrastructure.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in high-voltage electrical maintenance.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance within large commercial or industrial establishments.
- Experience must be in maintenance and not limited to construction projects.
- Relevant college degree, diploma, or certified vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, power distribution equipment, and electrical safety practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-voltage electrical systems and associated equipment.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, protection relays, and power distribution systems.
- Monitor the performance of electrical systems and respond promptly to equipment faults and emergency situations.
- Conduct routine testing, inspections, and maintenance in accordance with approved maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements, and company standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with facility engineers, maintenance teams, and airport operations to minimize equipment downtime.
- Support commissioning, testing, and system upgrades when required.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Promote a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
