KBR Services LLC is hiring Instrument Maintenance Technicians to support oil & gas and fertilizer plant operations in Qatar. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial instrumentation systems to ensure safe, accurate, and continuous plant operations.

INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in instrument maintenance.
  • Experience in oil & gas and/or fertilizer plant environments is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and troubleshoot instrument systems to identify faults and malfunctions.
  • Use pneumatic, electrical, and electronic testing devices to diagnose issues.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on instrumentation and control systems.
  • Replace defective components and repair complex instrument systems.
  • Calibrate and test instruments to ensure accuracy and operational reliability.
  • Support shutdown, startup, and emergency maintenance activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation of maintenance work and system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industrial standards at all times.
  • Coordinate with engineers and operations teams to support plant reliability.
