Mobile Technician
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the mobile industry
- Board repair experience for iOS devices
- Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment is required
- No minimum educational attainment required
- Strong technical knowledge of mobile hardware and software
Responsibilities:
- Examine mobile devices for defects, damage, or malfunctions
- Perform functional and diagnostic tests on mobile devices to ensure proper operation
- Repair and service mobile devices, including board-level repairs (iOS)
- Ensure all devices comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry norms
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and testing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex device issues
- Adhere to workplace safety and quality protocols
