HAIRDRESSER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in hairdressing or nail services.
• Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Ability to assess client hair type and facial features to recommend appropriate styles.
• Maintain professional hygiene and organization standards in the salon.
• Deliver personalized and attentive service to enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Nail Services:
  • Perform manicures, pedicures, and other nail treatments.
  • Clean, trim, file, buff, and decorate nails.
  • Apply colored polish, gel polish, nail extensions, and nail art using decorations like gems or glitter.
• Hair Services:
  • Shampoo, condition, cut, and style hair.
  • Apply hair colors, tints, and chemical treatments such as straightening or perms.
  • Provide advanced services including hair extensions, braiding, and styling for special events.
  • Offer scalp treatments to improve hair and scalp health.
• Client Consultations & Management:
  • Discuss client needs and preferences, recommending suitable styles and products.
  • Manage appointments and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
