ASSISTANT REFRIGERATION / AC
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- At least High School Graduate
- TESDA Certification in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Servicing (RAC) or related field is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems
- Ability to use hand tools and maintenance equipment safely
- Willingness to learn from senior technicians
- Physically fit and capable of working on-site and in various environments
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Support senior technicians in diagnosing equipment faults and performing repairs.
- Help inspect units to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Assist in replacing defective components and performing routine maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations at all times.
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment required for service and installation work.
- Record maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors.
- Support troubleshooting activities on-site and during emergency repairs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
