Astria Wellness & Spa is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Spa / Massage Therapists to join its professional wellness team in the Maldives. The successful candidates will provide high-quality massage and spa treatments designed to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and enhance clients’ overall well-being. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about health, wellness, and delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury spa environment.

Spa / Massage Therapist

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant working experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• High school diploma or vocational training is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of various massage techniques, body treatments, and customer care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented approach.
• Highly adaptable and able to work in a multicultural hospitality environment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing massage treatments for extended periods.
• Willing to work in the Maldives under the employer’s terms and conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of massage therapies and body treatments according to established spa standards.
• Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate massage techniques and wellness treatments.
• Provide professional, courteous, and personalized service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and proper setup before each session.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards while using massage oils, equipment, linens, and other spa supplies.
• Explain treatment procedures and provide clients with aftercare recommendations.
• Monitor clients’ comfort and respond promptly to their needs during treatments.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Promote spa services and wellness products when appropriate.
• Work closely with the spa team to maintain a relaxing, welcoming, and professional environment.
• Follow company policies, health regulations, and operational procedures at all times.

Requirements:
