HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant housekeeping experience
• At least High School Graduate
• Male applicants are preferred
• Skilled in routine and deep cleaning procedures
• Experience in replenishment, waste management, and sanitation practices
• Familiar with cleaning tools, chemicals, and basic cleaning machinery
• Knowledge of safety procedures, PPE usage, and color-coding protocols
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must appear clean, fresh, professional, and well-groomed

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of offices, lobbies, corridors, staircases, meeting rooms, washrooms, and other internal areas.
• Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks according to established schedules and standards.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and consumable items as required.
• Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Use cleaning chemicals correctly while following safety and environmental guidelines.
• Follow PPE requirements and workplace health and safety protocols.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Ensure all assigned areas remain clean, organized, and presentable throughout working hours.
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with staff, visitors, and clients.
