ASSISTANT PASTRY/BAKER
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- At least High School Graduate
- Bread and Pastry Production NC II or equivalent certification is an advantage
- Experience in baking or pastry preparation is preferred
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient measurement
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing baked goods and pastries according to recipes and standards.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients for baking processes.
- Decorate and present baked products in an attractive and consistent manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Support senior bakers during production and peak baking hours.
- Help in organizing bakery supplies and monitoring inventory levels.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of baking ingredients.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in daily bakery operations as assigned.
- Perform other related duties as required by supervisors.
