Plant Operation Shift Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or background in Chemical Engineering is mandatory
• Proven experience in petrochemical, chemical production, or waste management/recycling companies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of operational procedures, safety standards, and compliance regulations

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of plant shifts, meeting production targets and quality standards
• Manage plant resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Supervise, guide, and train staff to optimize performance and maintain operational standards
• Prepare and submit shift reports, operational updates, and incident documentation
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production and plant performance
