MILLWRIGHT

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience as a Millwright in industrial plants, construction, or maintenance projects.
• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Others or a related technical field.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering sketches, technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment specifications.
• Skilled in diagnosing mechanical problems and preparing complete material requirement lists for maintenance and repair activities.
• Must be capable of obtaining a Saudi Aramco Work Permit Receiver Certificate and CWQAP certification.
• Experience with industrial rotating equipment, mechanical installations, and precision alignment is highly preferred.
• Fully conversant in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding industrial maintenance work.
• Safety-conscious with a commitment to quality workmanship and compliance with company procedures.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, align, dismantle, and repair industrial machinery, rotating equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, compressors, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, turbines, and other mechanical equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, blueprints, and technical specifications to perform mechanical installation and maintenance work accurately.
• Diagnose mechanical faults, identify root causes of equipment failures, and recommend effective repair solutions.
• Prepare detailed material requirements and ensure the availability of tools, spare parts, and equipment before commencing work.
• Perform equipment alignment, leveling, balancing, and precision measurements using appropriate instruments.
• Inspect machinery and mechanical components to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and work completion documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
• Follow company policies, Saudi Aramco procedures, and workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in workshops and work areas.
• Perform other mechanical maintenance duties assigned by management.
