Hofmann Personal is seeking experienced MIG/MAG Welders for deployment to Czech Republic. The successful candidate will perform welding and fabrication tasks using MIG/GMAW processes in an industrial manufacturing environment.

MIG/MAG WELDER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant welding experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Must possess NCII or WQT certification for MIG/GMAW welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Skilled in using hand tools such as grinders.
• Ability to operate electric equipment and touch-panel systems.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, fabrication processes, and workplace safety standards.
• Physically fit and capable of working in industrial environments.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding on steel and metal components according to technical specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting before welding operations.
• Inspect welded joints to ensure quality, strength, and compliance with standards.
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, and related industrial tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform touch-panel equipment operations as required in production processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of welding stations and tools.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet fabrication targets.
• Report equipment issues, defects, or quality concerns to supervisors immediately.
