Kabayan Central Market is seeking organized and hardworking Merchandisers for placement in Kuwait. The successful candidates will be responsible for arranging, displaying, and monitoring store products to ensure attractive product presentation, proper stock availability, and a positive shopping experience for customers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to maintain product displays according to company standards.

MERCHANDISER

  • Previous experience as a Merchandiser, Store Assistant, Sales Assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate product displays.
  • Physically fit and able to lift and arrange merchandise when required.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and display products on shelves and designated areas according to store guidelines.
  • Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and presented attractively.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory, damaged, or expired products.
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of product displays and storage areas.
  • Check product quality and ensure proper rotation of stocks.
  • Support promotional displays and store merchandising activities.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and store staff regarding product availability and display requirements.
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and merchandising standards.
