MEDICAL SURGICAL NURSE
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, 27–35 years old
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines with a valid PRC license
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong skills in patient assessment, wound care, medication administration, and perioperative care
- Good English communication skills (required)
- Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused attitude
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in medical and surgical wards
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Administer medications safely and accurately as prescribed
- Perform wound care and assist in dressing changes
- Support pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams in treatment planning
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, hygiene, and safety standards
- Provide patient and family education regarding care and recovery
