MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Proven experience (3–5 years preferred) in mechanical maintenance within manufacturing, utilities, or industrial plant
• With Proven 3 years work experience as Mechanical Maintenance Technician, within manufacturing, utilities, or industrial plants

Responsibilities:

• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic problems on production equipment’s.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, lubrication, and rotating equipment.
• Perform and complete all breakdown and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Performs pipe fitting of both threaded and welded pipe of various sizes, both prefabricated and field runs.
• Ensures that all work performed meets required codes and rules.
• Hands-on experience with welding, fabrication, and basic machining is an advantage.
• Emergency response: Performing urgent repairs on malfunctioning equipment to minimize production downtime.
