Talentscoutry TM GMBH is seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineering Technician to support the manufacturing and assembly of electromechanical components for generators and turbogenerators. The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical engineering experience, the ability to handle heavy-duty components, and familiarity with production drawings and assembly processes.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Engineer or equivalent qualification.
• Crane Operator’s License is an advantage.
• Ability to read, interpret, and implement production drawings.
• Experience handling heavy-duty components such as stators, rotors, and fully assembled generators.
• Proficient in mechanical assembly and installation of electromechanical interfaces.
• Willingness to participate in German Language Proficiency Training (A1–B1) provided by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Laminate stators for generators and manufacture laminated steel packs for turbogenerators.
• Handle, transport, and assemble heavy-duty components safely.
• Read, interpret, and implement production drawings accurately.
• Assemble mechanical parts, instruments, and electromechanical interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Participate in company-supported German language training to facilitate integration and professional development.
• Support family reunification programs as applicable.
