MASSAGE THERAPIST

Qualifications:

  • With a minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as a professional Massage Therapist
    • Should have a Certified diploma from a recognized massage or wellness school.
    • Should have strong references from previous employers (i.e, Certificate of
    Employment).
    • Must have the ability to provide high-quality & various massage services to clients.
    • Should have excellent knowledge of Thai and Swedish massages.
    • Should have a strong understanding of human body anatomy.
    • Should have effective Customer Service Skills.
    • Must have Good English communication skills.
    • Must have a newly renewed passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and high-quality massage treatments according to clients’ needs and preferences.
    Perform Thai and Swedish massage techniques safely and effectively.
    Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate massage techniques and treatment options.
    Conduct consultations with clients regarding their preferences, concerns, and desired treatment outcomes.
    Apply appropriate pressure, movements, stretching, and massage techniques based on the selected treatment.
    Maintain a strong understanding of human body anatomy when performing massage treatments.
    Ensure clients are comfortable, properly positioned, and appropriately prepared before and during treatments.
    Modify massage techniques according to individual client needs, physical condition, and comfort level.
    Explain treatment procedures clearly and professionally to clients.
    Maintain professional boundaries and respect clients’ privacy and dignity at all times.
    Observe clients’ responses during treatments and adjust techniques when necessary.
    Identify conditions or circumstances that may require referral to a qualified healthcare professional.
    Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic massage treatment area.
    Properly sanitize massage tables, equipment, tools, and treatment areas between clients.
    Prepare massage oils, creams, towels, linens, and other treatment supplies before each appointment.
    Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
    Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming and professional attitude.
    Build positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits through quality service.
    Handle client inquiries and feedback professionally and report concerns to management when necessary.
    Maintain accurate appointment, treatment, and client service records as required.
    Monitor massage supplies and inform management when stocks need to be replenished.
    Follow company policies, wellness center procedures, and service standards.
    Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and personal details.
    Continuously improve massage techniques and knowledge of wellness practices.
    Perform other massage therapy and wellness-related duties assigned by management.
    Job Qualifications
    Must have a minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as a professional Massage Therapist.
    Must have a certified diploma from a recognized massage or wellness school.
    Must have strong references from previous employers, such as a Certificate of Employment.
    Must have the ability to provide high-quality and various massage services to clients.
    Excellent knowledge and practical experience in Thai and Swedish massages.
    Strong understanding of human body anatomy and its application to massage therapy.
    Effective customer service skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    Must have good English communication skills.
    Ability to communicate professionally with clients from different backgrounds.
    Strong attention to detail and commitment to client comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
    Professional, courteous, reliable, and responsible work attitude.
    Ability to maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
    Must have a newly renewed passport.

Salary Package:

  • Salary starts at Php 52,000.00 net monthly.
  • Forty (40) Work Hours per week.
  • Accommodation will be provided.
  • Nine (9) months Seasonal Contract renewable for up to 5 years.
