Renmara Bakery is seeking skilled and reliable Maintenance Technicians for deployment to the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing bakery and facility equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should have experience in equipment maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or facility maintenance work.
  • Experience in bakery, food production, restaurant, or industrial maintenance operations is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, and production equipment.
  • Ability to use hand tools, testing equipment, and maintenance instruments properly.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and workplace safety standards.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling maintenance and repair activities.
  • Good problem-solving and technical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Basic English communication skills are preferred.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and capable of responding to urgent maintenance concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain bakery machines, kitchen equipment, and facility systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on ovens, mixers, refrigeration units, electrical systems, and other production equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement necessary repairs promptly.
  • Monitor equipment performance and ensure operational efficiency of bakery facilities.
  • Conduct routine inspections and report equipment issues or safety hazards immediately.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing schedules.
  • Ensure all maintenance work complies with workplace safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and operations staff regarding maintenance schedules and repair requirements.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance issues to minimize production downtime.
