Maintenance Technician – Electrical (Production Maintenance)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years industrial experience, preferably in food or dairy manufacturing.
• Experience working with modern production equipment in processing and utilities plants.
• Good English communication skills.
• Physically fit with a positive attitude and behavior.
• Willing to work long hours (8–12 hours per day) and shifting schedules.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
• Knowledge of business KPIs and maintenance performance metrics.
• Computer literate with experience in SAP-based maintenance systems.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout).
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and production equipment.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot electrical issues using a structured and systematic approach.
• Support operations in processing and utilities plants.
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using SAP or similar systems.
• Monitor and support production KPIs and operational performance.
• Work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to company safety standards and policies at all times.
