Maintenance Team Lead / Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in meat processing (chicken, beef)
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Strong mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of PLC systems, particularly Siemens Step 7
• Experience in TIG welding; knowledge of hydraulics is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Willingness to work in environments with strong odors

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for mechanical and electrical issues within the facility
• Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical problems independently
• Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Coordinate with production teams to support continuous operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards
