HVAC ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in hotel maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
• Able to perform routine repairs and maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of hotel air-conditioning systems, particularly indoor units.
• Clean and maintain bathroom drains, siphons, and related plumbing fixtures.
• Apply silicone sealant to showers, bathtubs, and other bathroom areas as needed.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance of electrical installations and fixtures.
• Inspect facilities and equipment for defects, damage, or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and organized.
• Follow hotel safety procedures and maintenance standards at all times.
