We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Delivery Operations Manager to join Telemu No. 16 Limited in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will oversee logistics and delivery operations, ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of medical equipment and supplies while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and customer service.

Logistics & Delivery Operations Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Biomedical Technician
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment handling, maintenance, and logistics operations
• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain coordination
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using computer applications and inventory management systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise logistics and delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient distribution of medical equipment and supplies
• Manage inventory levels, warehouse activities, and stock control to maintain operational efficiency
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding deliveries and equipment requirements
• Ensure the safe handling, transportation, and storage of biomedical equipment in accordance with company procedures
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve operational issues to minimize delays
• Support the installation, inspection, and maintenance coordination of biomedical equipment when required
• Prepare logistics reports, inventory records, and operational documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations
• Lead and supervise logistics personnel while promoting continuous process improvement
