Aswar Al Watan Plastic Factory is seeking experienced Lamination Machine Operators to join its production team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining lamination machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality finished products.

Lamination Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Lamination Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Holder of a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Others or a related field.
• Knowledge of lamination machine operation, machine adjustments, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to identify and resolve basic machine and production issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate lamination machines safely and efficiently according to production requirements.
• Load raw materials into the machine and control heat, speed, and tension settings during operation.
• Adjust machine parameters to meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and inspect finished products to ensure consistent quality.
• Clean rollers and perform routine machine maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and operational issues and report major faults to the maintenance team.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following company safety procedures and production guidelines.
