KITCHEN CREW

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Experience in food service, restaurant, café, or hospitality operations is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Experience in taking food and beverage orders accurately.
• Basic cashiering and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing standing, cleaning, and service-related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Present menus, answer customer inquiries, and provide product recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions.
• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
• Assist in food preparation and basic kitchen support activities when required.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after customer use.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of dining and work areas.
• Ensure workstations, counters, and service areas remain clean and organized.
• Restock supplies, utensils, and service items as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist team members during busy service periods.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
