Job Location: Singapore
Sanyou Engineering / Sinotcc Pte. Ltd. is seeking experienced Scaffolders to join its construction team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding systems to provide safe and secure access for workers at elevated heights, in accordance with safety regulations and project requirements.
ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience is required.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree holder in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Must have experience working in an Oil & Gas company or Oil & Gas project.
- Experienced in reviewing electrical drawings and preparing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP),
- Method Statements (MS), and Material Approval Request (MAR) forms.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety rules, site safety procedures, and industry standards.
- Safety-conscious mindset with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Strong leadership, supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise electrical teams and coordinate effectively with contractors and other project personnel.
- Must be fully vaccinated with Moderna, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, or Janssen.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance activities at the project site.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure proper implementation of electrical works.
- Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and Method Statements (MS).
- Prepare and process Material Approval Request (MAR) forms and other required technical documents.
- Supervise electrical personnel, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor electrical works to ensure compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and approved procedures.
- Review and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate inspection and testing activities with project engineers, QA/QC personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify electrical issues, deviations, and potential problems and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use, handling, and installation of electrical materials and equipment.
- Enforce workplace safety rules and ensure all electrical activities are performed in accordance with established safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Prepare progress reports, inspection records, and other electrical project documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the project management team.
