PLC Technician

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or completion of at least 2 years in a technical/vocational school
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing industries
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems, automation, and control processes
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Install, program, and maintain PLC systems and automation equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and control system issues
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements when necessary
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams for system upgrades and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, repairs, and maintenance activities
