INTERIOR FINISHING (TITP)
Qualifications:
- Male, 20–25 years old.
- High school graduate or higher.
- Willing to undergo 4 months of Japanese language training (free of charge).
- Hardworking, safety-conscious, and physically fit for construction work.
- Ability to adapt to a new cultural and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform interior finishing tasks, including flooring, painting, wall panels, and ceiling installation.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to project specifications.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Participate in technical and Japanese language training programs as part of TITP.
