Jana International Trading LLC is seeking a skilled Paper Cup Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain paper cup manufacturing machines, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.
PAPER CUP OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing company, paper products industry, or a related field.
- Experience operating paper cup production machines and related manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of paper cup manufacturing processes, machine setup, and production operations.
- Ability to adjust machine settings and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and production standards.
- Ability to read and understand production schedules, work orders, and machine instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Technical or vocational training related to manufacturing or machine operation is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor paper cup manufacturing machines according to production requirements.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain proper cup dimensions, sealing, and product consistency.
- Inspect finished paper cups to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor maintenance when necessary.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize production waste.
- Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, and quality reports.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and finished products.
- Follow workplace safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
