Jana International Trading LLC is seeking a skilled Window Patching Operator to operate and maintain window patching machines used in the production of cartons and packaging materials, ensuring accurate application of film windows and high-quality finished products in accordance with production specifications.

WINDOW PATCHING OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing company, paper products industry, printing and packaging industry, or a related field.
• Experience operating window patching machines and packaging production equipment.
• Knowledge of carton manufacturing, packaging production, and window patching processes.
• Ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot window patching machinery.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and production standards.
• Ability to read and interpret production orders and technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Technical or vocational training related to manufacturing, printing, packaging, or a similar field is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate window patching machines according to production requirements and specifications.
• Apply transparent film windows accurately to cartons, boxes, and other packaging products.
• Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain proper alignment, adhesion, and product consistency.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor maintenance as required.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and maintain smooth production flow.
• Minimize material waste and maximize production efficiency.
• Maintain production records, machine logs, and quality documentation.
• Follow workplace safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance teams to support uninterrupted production.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
