Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience is required.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or a related field.
- Previous experience with Bistro Group, Moment Group of Restaurants, or similar restaurant chains is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, hospitality management, and customer service standards.
- Proven experience in managing both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Experience in budgeting, inventory control, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of food safety, sanitation, licensing, and workplace safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.
- Manage Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service excellence, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation.
- Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, performance, training, and development.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, operational expenses, and financial reports.
- Coordinate and oversee special events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, licensing, labor, and workplace safety regulations.
- Conduct regular operational inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain company standards, policies, and brand requirements across all restaurant operations.
- Collaborate with senior management to support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
