Industrial Product Manufacturer (SSW)

Qualifications:

  • Male / Female
  • At least a High School Graduate.
  • Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
  • Medically fit for overseas employment.
  • Must possess the required Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Skill Standards Certification.
  • Must have the required Japanese Language Proficiency for the SSW program.
  • Willing to work in Japan and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assemble, process, and inspect industrial products according to production specifications.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Monitor production processes and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.
  • Perform other manufacturing-related duties as assigned.
