Hofmann Personal is seeking highly skilled Industrial Painters to work in manufacturing facilities in the Czech Republic. The role focuses on surface preparation, coating, and finishing of industrial metal components using spray painting and powder coating techniques, ensuring high-quality and durable finishes that meet strict production standards.
Industrial Painter
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- Age 35 years old and below.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial painting.
- Experience in hanging sheet metal parts, washing, and powder coating processes.
- Skilled in operating spray guns and paint booth systems.
- Knowledge of wet spray painting techniques (brush painting not required).
- At least 1 year of experience in cranes and crane rigging.
- Physically fit with excellent stamina for manual handling of heavy components.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on high-quality finishing standards.
Responsibilities:
- Hang sheet metal parts on rails for processing and coating.
- Wash, clean, and prepare parts manually or using automated systems.
- Apply powder coating and wet paint using spray guns and paint booths.
- Operate spray painting equipment and ensure proper coating application.
- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and surface defects.
- Perform puttying and surface correction work when necessary.
- Unload cured painted parts and arrange them on pallets safely.
- Operate hand-guided pallet jacks for material handling.
- Support crane operations and assist with crane rigging activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the painting and production area.
