Derma Nurse

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC License.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Experience in dermatology or aesthetic nursing is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of basic nursing procedures, patient care, infection control, and clinical safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused.
• Able to work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Able to maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Willing to be deployed at the earliest possible time.
• Physically and mentally capable of performing nursing duties in a clinical environment.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality healthcare service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic setting.
• Assist dermatologists and physicians during consultations, examinations, and dermatological procedures.
• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures and explain relevant instructions clearly.
• Assist with aesthetic and dermatological treatments according to established clinical protocols and physician instructions.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and report any adverse reactions or concerns.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Follow proper infection prevention, sanitation, and sterilization procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within the scope of nursing practice.
• Monitor and document patients’ conditions, treatments, and responses to care accurately.
• Provide appropriate patient education regarding treatment procedures, skincare, aftercare, and follow-up instructions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with professional nursing standards.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of medical supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.
• Respond appropriately to patient concerns and provide compassionate support throughout treatment.
• Follow all clinic policies, workplace safety procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Perform other nursing and clinical duties as assigned.
