Derma Nurse
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC License.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Experience in dermatology or aesthetic nursing is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of basic nursing procedures, patient care, infection control, and clinical safety.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused.
- Able to work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Able to maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Willing to be deployed at the earliest possible time.
- Physically and mentally capable of performing nursing duties in a clinical environment.
- Strong commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality healthcare service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic setting.
- Assist dermatologists and physicians during consultations, examinations, and dermatological procedures.
- Prepare patients for treatments and procedures and explain relevant instructions clearly.
- Assist with aesthetic and dermatological treatments according to established clinical protocols and physician instructions.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and report any adverse reactions or concerns.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, supplies, and equipment.
- Follow proper infection prevention, sanitation, and sterilization procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within the scope of nursing practice.
- Monitor and document patients’ conditions, treatments, and responses to care accurately.
- Provide appropriate patient education regarding treatment procedures, skincare, aftercare, and follow-up instructions.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with professional nursing standards.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of medical supplies and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.
- Respond appropriately to patient concerns and provide compassionate support throughout treatment.
- Follow all clinic policies, workplace safety procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Perform other nursing and clinical duties as assigned.
