Job Talent Belgium is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Fault Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electromechanics, motor controls, and PLC applications, with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and maintenance. This role requires precision, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a highly regulated production environment.

INDUSTRIAL FAULT TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male, 25–45 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., electromechanics) or a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of PLC applications and motor control systems.
• Proven experience in repairing, replacing, and calibrating sensors and other industrial components.
• Solid understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Hands-on approach with strong technical insight and problem-solving ability.
• Critical, precise, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a structured production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in industrial equipment and machinery.
• Maintain and service electrical and mechanical systems, including sensors, motors, and control devices.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks independently.
• Apply knowledge of PLC applications, motor controls, and electromechanical systems to optimize production processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency optimizations.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and structured work environment.
• Work in rotating shifts (early, late, or night) as required by production schedules.
