HVAC Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance or related fields.
• Experience in routine maintenance and repair work within petrochemical plants, fertilizer plants, refineries, chemical plants, and Oil & Gas facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
• Experience supervising HVAC technicians and managing maintenance activities.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and HVAC system documentation.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC maintenance activities, including inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of HVAC systems.
• Lead HVAC technicians in performing routine and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Ensure proper operation and reliability of air conditioning, ventilation, and cooling systems.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Review maintenance reports, work orders, and technical documentation.
• Ensure all HVAC work is performed according to safety procedures, quality standards, and company requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to support efficient plant operations.
• Maintain compliance with industrial safety regulations and maintenance practices.
