Housekeeper
Qualifications:
- Female applicants only.
- 22–40 years old.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a hotel housekeeper.
- Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is required.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and quality.
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
- Good time management and ability to meet work schedules.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Non-smoker.
- Must be in good health and medically fit.
- Willingness to learn the Slovak language.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Responsible, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high hotel standards.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain hotel guest rooms according to established hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other room supplies as required.
- Replenish toiletries, hygiene products, and other guest amenities.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, showers, and other sanitary facilities.
- Clean and maintain hotel common areas, including corridors, staircases, and elevators.
- Inspect guest rooms and report damaged, missing, or defective equipment and furnishings.
- Replenish minibar items and consumables according to hotel procedures.
- Coordinate with the Reception and Maintenance departments when resolving guest requests or reporting room issues.
- Sort and handle laundry according to established procedures.
- Cooperate with the hotel’s laundry room and housekeeping team.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment, supplies, and work areas in an organized condition.
- Follow hotel hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety procedures.
- Follow instructions from the housekeeping supervisor and participate in required training.
- Assist occasionally with kitchen-related tasks and kitchen cleaning as instructed by the supervisor.
- Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Perform other housekeeping duties assigned by management.
