Motibhai & Company Limited is seeking creative and results-oriented Graphic Designers & Digital Marketing professionals to support the company’s branding, product promotions, social media presence, and digital marketing activities. The successful candidates will create high-quality visual content and finished artwork for the Motibhai Group product range while supporting digital campaigns, social media marketing, content development, and online advertising initiatives.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER & DIGITAL MARKETING

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in graphic design and/or digital marketing.
• Good knowledge of graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Publisher, including desktop publishing.
• Ability to create finished artwork for the Motibhai Group product range, including social media ads, signage, illustrations, computer-generated artwork, and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.
• Strong creative, visual, conceptual, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, color, image editing, branding, and digital design principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, professional, and visually appealing artwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Good teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work with marketing and other departments.
• Willingness to learn new design technologies, digital marketing platforms, and emerging industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Create creative and high-quality graphic designs for the Motibhai Group product range and marketing campaigns.
• Develop finished artwork for social media advertisements, promotional materials, signage, illustrations, computer-generated artwork, and motion graphics.
• Design digital and print marketing materials while maintaining consistent brand identity and visual standards.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, illustrations, graphics, and promotional artwork based on campaign requirements.
• Prepare artwork for digital publication, printing, signage, packaging, and other marketing applications.
• Edit and enhance images, photographs, illustrations, and other visual content as required.
• Create engaging graphics and visual content for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across relevant online platforms.
• Manage and prepare content for social media channels in coordination with the marketing team.
• Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and similar digital marketing platforms.
• Assist in planning and scheduling social media content and promotional campaigns.
• Create email marketing materials and digital promotional content using appropriate design and marketing tools.
• Monitor digital campaign performance and assist in preparing reports on engagement, reach, traffic, and other key metrics.
• Apply basic SEO principles to digital content and marketing materials.
• Assist with content marketing activities, including promotional graphics, online content, and campaign assets.
• Support online advertising campaigns by preparing creative materials and digital advertisements.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, product, and other departments to understand campaign requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure all designs are accurate, visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and suitable for their intended platform.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Maintain organized digital artwork, source files, templates, and marketing assets.
• Keep updated with current graphic design, social media, digital marketing, and visual communication trends.
• Perform other graphic design, creative, and digital marketing duties as assigned by management.
