We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist to develop high-quality visual materials that support the company’s branding, marketing, and communication initiatives. The successful candidate will create engaging designs for both digital and print media while ensuring consistency with the company’s visual identity and production standards.
GRAPHIC ARTIST
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Graphic Artist or Graphic Designer.
- Candidates must be a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a closely related field.
- Certification such as Certified Graphic Designer (CGD) is an advantage.
- Experience or knowledge in the flexographic printing or printing industry is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma or other wireframing software.
- Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to prepare artwork for commercial printing and digital publishing.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and present design concepts effectively to clients and non-design stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling graphics for websites, social media platforms, digital advertisements, packaging, brochures, flyers, catalogs, and other marketing materials.
- Interpret creative briefs and transform concepts into design layouts, mockups, and presentation-ready artwork for stakeholder review and approval.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity by ensuring consistency across all internal and external communication materials.
- Prepare accurate, print-ready files and web-optimized digital assets in accordance with production specifications.
- Assist in pre-production and post-production processes, ensuring artwork meets printing and publishing requirements.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketing personnel, creative directors, production teams, and external vendors to execute marketing campaigns and promotional projects.
- Revise and improve artwork based on client or management feedback while meeting project deadlines.
- Ensure all designs comply with company branding guidelines, quality standards, and production requirements.
- Stay updated with current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
