GENERATOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN (CUMMINS GENERATOR)

Qualifications:

• Technical Diploma or related vocational course.
• Strong background in servicing diesel engines and power generators.
• Certified in Electrical and/or Mechanical disciplines.
• Proven experience in field service operations.
• In-depth knowledge of high and low voltage power generation systems.
• Experience with Cummins generator products is required.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and power generation equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complex field repairs using specialized tools and procedures.
• Analyze and troubleshoot high and low voltage power generation systems.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and OEM specifications.
• Document service activities, including reports, timesheets, and warranty claims.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices when required.

• Valid Passport
