Workvantage Canada in partnership with Omanfil is urgently looking for the following position:

Transport Refrigeration Mechanic

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Transport Refrigeration Mechanic
• Experience working with Thermo King units
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledgeable in maintenance, preventive servicing, and installation
• Physically fit to handle heavy equipment and components

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair transport refrigeration units, including Thermo King systems
• Perform maintenance, preventive servicing, and component replacement
• Install refrigeration units on trucks, trailers, and vans
• Repair air conditioning and ventilation systems of transport vehicles
• Maintain accurate service records and report any operational issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Handle physical tasks, including lifting and maneuvering heavy components (up to 75 lbs)
