Mandurah and South Western Glass Pty. Ltd is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for deployment in Australia. The company is seeking skilled warehouse professionals who can safely operate forklifts and efficiently manage material handling, storage, and distribution activities in a fast-paced logistics and production environment.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong warehouse experience, forklift operation skills, and knowledge of inventory and logistics systems.

FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Forklift Operator.
• Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
• At least 1 year in college or vocational graduate may be waived from IELTS/PTE English test requirement.
• Must have a valid Philippine Driver’s License.
• Valid Forklift License or Certification is an advantage.
• Experience in loading, unloading, and stacking materials safely.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling systems.
• Ability to read labels, shipping documents, and inventory records.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, construction, or distribution environments.
• Reach Truck or High-Reach Forklift certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials, products, and equipment within the warehouse or production areas.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, trailers, and delivery vehicles.
• Move materials between storage areas, production lines, shipping, and receiving zones.
• Stack, organize, and retrieve pallets and inventory from warehouse racking systems.
• Ensure all loads are properly secured, balanced, and handled safely during transport.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory and materials.
• Conduct safe handling of raw materials, finished goods, and production supplies.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and warehouse operational guidelines at all times.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any forklift issues or malfunctions.
• Read and interpret labels, shipping documents, and inventory records accurately.
• Support warehouse operations using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas and storage facilities.
