Almabani General Contractors is seeking an experienced and skilled FM Carpenter to support facility maintenance and construction-related activities in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out carpentry repairs, installations, maintenance, and general woodworking tasks while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and proper care of tools and materials.

Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred.
- Minimum 45 years old.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in construction, civil projects, carpentry, or related maintenance work.
- Proven experience performing carpentry work in construction sites, buildings, facilities, or similar environments.
- Skilled in measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, repairing, and installing wood and related materials.
- Knowledge of common carpentry hand tools and power tools.
- Able to perform repair and maintenance work on doors, frames, cabinets, partitions, furniture, and other wooden fixtures.
- Able to understand basic drawings, measurements, sketches, and work instructions.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work, including lifting and handling materials.
- Able to work safely while using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with construction site and facility maintenance safety procedures.
- Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willing to perform general carpentry and facility maintenance duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry maintenance, repair, and installation works in facilities, buildings, and project sites.
- Inspect wooden structures, fixtures, doors, cabinets, furniture, and other carpentry components for damage or deterioration.
- Repair or replace damaged doors, door frames, window frames, cabinets, shelves, partitions, and other wooden fixtures.
- Perform preventive and corrective carpentry maintenance as assigned.
- Measure, mark, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other carpentry materials accurately.
- Install and repair wooden doors, frames, panels, partitions, ceilings, trims, moldings, and related fixtures.
- Carry out minor civil and building maintenance works related to carpentry activities.
- Read and interpret basic drawings, sketches, measurements, and work instructions.
- Select appropriate materials, fasteners, adhesives, and tools for each job.
- Operate hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, sanders, routers, and other carpentry equipment safely.
- Ensure proper alignment, level, dimensions, and finishing of completed carpentry work.
- Carry out adjustments to doors, cabinets, locks, hinges, handles, and other hardware when required.
- Repair damaged or worn-out wooden surfaces and restore them to acceptable working condition.
- Assist other maintenance and construction personnel with related building repair activities.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete maintenance work efficiently.
- Respond to assigned maintenance requests and complete work within required timelines.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in work areas before, during, and after carpentry activities.
- Inspect tools and equipment before use and report damaged or defective items.
- Follow company procedures, workplace safety requirements, and proper PPE practices.
- Handle and store construction and carpentry materials properly to prevent damage and unnecessary waste.
- Maintain accurate records or reports of completed maintenance and repair work when required.
- Perform other carpentry, facility maintenance, and construction-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
