KBR Services LLC is seeking a responsible and safety-focused Flagman to support worksite operations in oil and gas and construction plant environments in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling traffic flow, guiding heavy equipment operators, maintaining safe work zones, and protecting workers by monitoring site conditions and communicating potential hazards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience as a Flagman, Traffic Marshal, Banksman, or similar role.
• Must have experience working in an Oil & Gas or Construction plant environment.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and traffic control practices.
• Ability to provide clear signals and communicate effectively with equipment operators.
• Alert, responsible, and able to work in active industrial environments.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Control and manage traffic flow within construction and industrial work areas.
• Guide heavy equipment operators, drivers, and site personnel during vehicle movements and lifting activities.
• Maintain safe distances between moving equipment, vehicles, and ground personnel.
• Monitor work zones for potential hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Use approved hand signals, communication methods, and emergency warnings to guide operators and crews.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to ensure safe execution of daily activities.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining safe access routes within the work area.
• Protect workers and visitors by enforcing site safety procedures.
• Report hazards, incidents, and unsafe practices immediately to supervisors.
• Follow company safety policies and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements at all times.
